Order Cancellation:

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

If your order is canceled within this time frame, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

After verification, we will offer one of the following:

  • replacement item, or
  • full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our international fulfillment process, we do not accept physical returns.

Please make sure to review product descriptions, size charts, and product details carefully before placing your order.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Orders marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier
  • Minor colour variations due to screen display differences

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if the above conditions are not met.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Final sale or clearance items

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If tracking information shows that a package has been successfully delivered, FEXIS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend contacting your local carrier or checking with neighbors or your local post office.

Shipping Delays:

Delivery times are estimated only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • High-demand seasons or holidays

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.

Refund Processing Time:

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
